At ZekePrints, we believe that buying from a small brand should feel personal—and dependable. That’s why we pour our time into every shirt we make, and why we’re just as committed to what happens after it lands in your hands.
We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Maybe the size wasn’t quite right. Maybe something arrived damaged. Or maybe you just changed your mind. Whatever the reason, our return policy is built to be simple, fair, and honest—because that’s how we run our business.
Cancellation Window
If you made a mistake or had a quick change of heart, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Since we begin production shortly after your order is placed, we kindly ask that you reach out as quickly as possible. If we catch it in time, we’ll issue a full refund—no stress, no hassle.
How to Cancel or Return an Order
To start a return, exchange, or cancellation, simply email us at [email protected] or give us a call at +1 (208) 210-6156. Our team is here Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
We’ll walk you through what to do and where to send the item. If your return is due to an error on our part—like a printing mistake, damaged item, or the wrong size—we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right, fast. If the return is for a personal reason, like choosing the wrong size or changing your mind, we’ll still gladly accept it, though we do ask that you cover the shipping cost back to us.
After the 12-Hour Window
Once production begins, we usually can’t cancel the order, but that doesn’t mean we leave you hanging. We offer a generous 90-day return window after delivery. As long as the item hasn’t been worn, washed, or damaged and is in its original condition with tags and packaging, we’re happy to process your return.

Refund Process
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it carefully—just to make sure it’s in good shape. Within 3 business days of approval, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Your bank might take another few days to reflect the funds, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
If the return was our mistake, we’ll refund your original shipping cost too. If not, the original shipping fee will be excluded from the refund.
Exchanges Made Easy
Need a different size? No problem. If your order was the wrong fit, arrived damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and get your replacement in motion as soon as we receive the original item back.
