At ZekePrints, every shirt is made with purpose—and that purpose doesn’t stop at checkout. We’re committed to making sure your experience feels just as intentional after delivery. That’s why our return policy is built on clarity, fairness, and trust.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Because we begin production shortly after, please reach out as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund—no hassle, no delay.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 90 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • The item should be in its original condition (If possible, please include the original packaging, though it’s not required)

You may return or exchange your item for any reason—whether it’s the wrong size, a changed mind, or a product concern.

Step 2: Follow Our Instructions
Once we confirm your return request, we’ll send you all necessary details—including the return address, shipping label (if applicable), and a unique return authorization number.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.

  • If the return is due to a ZekePrints error, we’ll also refund the original shipping cost.

  • If the return is for personal reasons, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Exchanges Made Easy

Need a different size? No problem.
We offer one free exchange for sizing issues. We’ll email you a prepaid return label, and your replacement will be shipped as soon as the original item is received.

To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and the new size you need. Our team will handle the rest.
