Return Eligibility Window
You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for eligible items.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused: The item must not have been worn, washed, or used in any way.
In Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original product packaging, where applicable.
Tags Attached: All original tags must still be attached to the item.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a reduced refund.

We will provide you with instructions and authorization for your return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
1. Zekaprints Covers Return Shipping Costs If:
The product you received is defective, damaged, broken, or not functioning correctly upon arrival.
The product received is significantly different from the item description or the customization details you provided were not followed correctly by us.
We sent you the wrong size compared to what you ordered.
Your order was confirmed shipped but was lost in transit by the carrier and never delivered (subject to carrier investigation).
(If your return falls into one of these categories, we will provide instructions on how to return the item at our expense, typically via a prepaid shipping label.)
2. Customer is Responsible for Return Shipping Costs If:
You ordered the wrong size, product, color, or provided incorrect customization information during checkout.
The return is due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, personal taste, or no longer needing the item.
The item has been damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, improper washing, or poor maintenance.
The product shows clear signs of being worn, washed, or soiled by the customer.
The product was purchased during a sale or promotional event and is being returned for reasons other than being defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. (Please confirm if sale items are returnable under these conditions or if they are final sale)

Refund Process & Timing
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect the items and process your return.
Refund Method: If the return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Notification: We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
Bank Processing Time: Please note that after we issue the refund, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, it must be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. In that case, we will provide you with a full refund. Cancellations after that time may be treated as a “change of mind” return.
Before placing an order, please make sure to provide the correct address — accurate to the street and house number — to ensure timely delivery. If the delivery address is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered, the customer will bear the corresponding loss. Thanks for your kind understanding.
