At ZekePrints, every item is made-to-order. We do not keep inventory or use mass production. Each order is printed only after it’s placed — one story at a time, with care and purpose.

Shipping Coverage

ZekePrints ships to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. At this time, we do not offer international or APO/FPO shipping.

Shipping Costs

We believe in simplicity and transparency:

  • Flat Rate: $4.99 per order, regardless of the number of items

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping

  • No Added Tax: All prices listed already include applicable sales taxes — there are no additional charges at checkout

Order Processing and Production

Every ZekePrints item is printed specifically for the customer who orders it.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time begin the next business day

  • Production Window: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays)
    Please note: Our production facility operates Monday through Friday only

Shipping Timeline

Once production is complete, orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL and typically arrive within 4–6 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Total Delivery Time

From checkout to doorstep, most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days.
Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak holiday seasons.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as the order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Delivery Confirmation and Package Placement

Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, package placement is determined by the delivery driver and may include secure areas such as a mailbox, doorstep, or porch. Customers are encouraged to check surrounding areas and with neighbors if a package appears missing. If the package cannot be located, ZekePrints must be contacted within 7 days for resolution.

Delayed or Time-Sensitive Delivery

ZekePrints does not currently offer expedited shipping or guaranteed delivery dates. Due to our made-to-order process and reliance on carrier timelines, customers with time-sensitive needs are encouraged to place orders well in advance.

Lost or Damaged Orders

In the event an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, customers must notify ZekePrints within 7 days of the delivery or expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, production typically begins shortly after an order is received.

  • Cancellation Eligibility: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun

  • If production has started or the item has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, customers may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy

Custom Design Policy

ZekePrints does not currently offer fully custom or personalized design requests beyond our existing collection. However, we welcome inspiration. Customers who wish to suggest an idea for future designs are encouraged to contact us at [email protected].
